How Piano Lessons Work in Lewisville, TX
Practice Music School runs on a 45-week academic year with seven break weeks. The full studio calendar is shared at enrollment and at the start of each year.
What Every Student Gets
A weekly private lesson (30, 45, or 60 minutes) at a steady weekly time.
A parent review and a practice plan after every lesson.
Two studio recitals a year.

Tuition
Tuition is an annual rate divided into 12 equal monthly payments, so the amount is the same every month and your student’s weekly lesson time stays reserved. It depends on lesson length and is shared at your complimentary consultation and mini lesson.
An annual enrollment fee renews each year on your enrollment date and covers one lesson book, the welcome packet, and two recitals.
4-Lesson Flex Pack
For families who need occasional lessons without a weekly commitment, a 4-Lesson Flex Pack is available.
Packs are paid in full at purchase and are valid for 8 weeks.
Prepay & Additional Options
Annual prepayment — families who prepay a full year of tuition receive professional photos at every recital, and the annual enrollment fee is waived.
À la carte lessons — single lessons are available on request; please inquire for current per-lesson rates.
Additional options — including limited in-home instruction, may be available. Please inquire for details.
Payment & Attendance
Tuition is charged automatically on the 1st of each month. ACH bank transfer is preferred, and credit and debit cards are accepted. Flex Pack purchases are paid in full at the time of purchase. If a student begins lessons partway through the month, that first month’s tuition is prorated accordingly.
Late Payment: A late fee applies after the 5th of the month. Once a weekly lesson time is established, it remains reserved for that student, and consistent attendance is important for steady progress.
Cancellations & Makeup Lessons
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson; lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice qualify for a makeup, up to two a year, used within 30 days. Frequent cancellations may affect a student’s reserved lesson time. If the studio must cancel a lesson, a makeup lesson, trained substitute, or tuition credit will always be provided — our 45-lesson guarantee to your family.
